General Terms and Conditions (Terms & Conditions) Maintenance Company Draganov

1. Services and Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Onderhoudsbedrijf Draganov, including painting, maintenance, and repairs.

2. Quotations and Agreements

Quotations are valid for 30 days. An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation or commencement of the work. Price changes may be implemented in the event of changes to the order or materials.

3. Payment terms

• One-off assignments: 30% down payment, remaining amount upon completion.

• Subscriptions: Monthly or annual payment via invoice or direct debit.

• In the event of late payment, we charge administration fees and statutory interest.

 

4. Cancellation and Modification

Appointments can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made later than this, we reserve the right to charge a fee.

5. Execution of Activities

We strive for craftsmanship and neatness. The client is responsible for ensuring unobstructed access to the workplace and sufficient workspace.

6. Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on paintwork under normal use. Damage caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances is excluded from the warranty.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
